Ori T. White & Associates is
located in Fort Stockton, Texas, in the Trans-Pecos Area. The firm was
founded in November, 1991, by Ori and moved to Fort Stockton in
December, 1992. In 1996, Ori was elected to represent the 112th District
Court and on January 1, 1997, he took office and served 5 counties as
District Attorney for 2 terms. He returned to private practice after
December 2004. Since its inception, the firm has represented thousands of citizens and organizations. We have defended criminals on death row and have fought for the rights of children, parents and grandparents. We have helped to resolve land ownership cases and water usage cases. We have prosecuted 4 capital murder cases and handled the appeal in another capital case for the State of Texas. We also take criminal cases, divorce/custody cases, adoptions, personal injury cases, Deceptive Trade Practice cases, bad faith cases against insurance companies, and other types of cases. We also do appeals and post conviction cases. The firm is licensed by the Supreme Court of the State of Texas. It is not board certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization as certification is not required. |
